AND IT WENT FOR - 12 Macpherson Avenue #5 - SUMMERHILL

In June 2012, I posted this 4,300 square foot, 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom, 3 storey church conversion condo with 2 parking spots at 12 Macpherson Avenue.

When I posted it, the listing price was $3,495,000.  But it had already been on the market for 2 years...

October 2010 - $3,995,000

February 2011 - $3,995,000

June 2011 - $3,695,000

So, it was probably a little overpriced even though it was a very impressive condo with some interesting art...

Uhhh....

If those are the owners, ummm...awkward.

I thought this place would sell for $3,250,000.

It didn't sell and it was back on the market this September for $3,795,000.

I thought maybe it would sell for the June 2012 price of $3,495,000...then again, there was a 5,000 bottle wine cellar.

It has finally sold after 5 years on and off the market...
