FOR LEASE - 44 Bellwoods Avenue - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
Last week, I posted the sale of a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom house on a 38 x 65 foot lot at 44 Bellwoods Avenue in Trinity-Bellwoods.
It was a charming house that had been an exclusive listing surprising neighbours when a sold sign went up.
It had been listed for $969,000.
I'm not sure what it sold for but my guess was somewhere closer to $1,085,000.
And now it is for rent on Craigslist and available on December 1st...
For $2,450/month.
Which basically means (probably) that the new owners are renting it out while they draw up plans for their new modern house.
Who knows...
Maybe it's the owners of the house at 145 Markham Street...
Who had a drawing of a new house on their chalkboard...
