PRICE DROP - 507 Logan Avenue - RIVERDALE
This is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom semi on a 17.58 x 100.08 foot lot at 507 Logan Avenue in Riverdale.
It's a nice looking house from the outside (the flowers help) and the inside isn't so bad. The kitchen is tired and the room at the back looks like it would be freezing in the winter...
But these are the only photos of the upstairs...
So, it makes me wonder what is going on there.
Plus. this is what this house looked like in July...
That's a lot of stuff.
It was listed at $759,000 in mid-October.
It has just had a price drop...
To $599,000.
Ummm....
It should have sold for the first asking based solely on the fact that it is located only 3 doors down from this...
Maybe now it will have a bidding war.
But I don't think it will. It will probably sell right around the new ask...maybe a little bit more.
