Or at least it's owned by someone who is really into having pictures of him on the wall...
It is a 3+1 bedroom (sort of), 4 bathroom house on a 44.77 x 110 foot lot at 1 Albemarle Avenue in Riverdale and it was put on the market in June.
It was a good looking house from the outside with a beautiful garden and a rare 44 foot lot.
But it wasn't a huge house for the lot. And when it was first listed, from the photos that were available, I didn't love it.
The asking price was $2,495,000.
For only 3 bedrooms, I thought this was a little high and that it would sell closer to $2.1...maybe $2.2.
It didn't sell and it was relisted with a new agent in October and there was a video...
It was a good video but it really just made me want to drink red wine.
But it showed more of the house.
Turns out that there were also a lot more photos of the house as well that you can see below...

That's a weird layout for a family, but I kind of like it. Actually, with the new photos, I am now kind of loving this house. It has a really good feel to it.
The new asking price was $2,249,000.
It sold on Friday...
For $2.230,000.
