AND IT WENT FOR - 47 Highfield Road - GREENWOOD-COXWELL

Two weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 19.49 x 114.01 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 47 Highfield Road in Greenwood-Coxwell.

It was a good looking house from the outside, and considering it looked like this in July...

It was clearly a flip.

And they did a good job.

One of the bedrooms was kind of small, the basement didn't look like it was dug out, and the layout of the first floor might not be for everyone.  And I have no idea why they didn't replace the concrete slab at the back...

Is that concrete the parking spot?  That kind of sucks.  But parking doesn't seem to be an issue on this street so that could be replaced with grass.

Otherwise, this was a good house.

It was listed at $799,000.

I thought it would sell closer to $965,000.

It sold...

For $860,000.
