PRICE DROP #3 - 23A Morton Road - DANFORTH
This house at 23A Morton Road in the Danforth
has just had its third price drop...
And I don't think it's going to help.
It's a 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom house known as 'The Dairy' because it used to be the warehouse for the milk bottling plant of A.J. Stephenson Dairy.
It has 2,000 square feet of living space, a 400 square foot deck, and an additional 4,800 square feet in a 'coach house' that is yet to be developed.
So, it's a lot of space.
But the first asking price was $2,499,000. At this location, I thought that would be tough.
In January, I posted a price drop to $2,349,900.
Still tough.
In mid-September, it had another drop to $2,250,000 and a video tour was added to the listing...
It still hasn't sold and the price has just been dropped again...
To $2,045,000.
It's still going to be tough.
