mishMASH - 155 Ch. du Fief - PETIT-RIVIERE-SAINT-FRANCOIS, QUEBEC
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house at 155 Ch. du Fief in Petit-Riveiere-Saint-Francois in Charlevoix, Quebec.
It is located about half an hour east of the house
I posted last week at 215 Mtée des Boi in Saint-Ferreol-les-Neiges. And like that house, this house is located right beside a ski hill.
The Saint-Ferreol-les-Neiges house was located next to Mont-Sainte-Anne and this house is located next to Le Massif de Charlevoix, the highest ski hill east of the Rockies...
Two things about that video:
1) it looks really fricking cold.
2) are there any ski hills or is it all skiing through the trees?
This house is located near the summit of the ski hill and is 517 meters above sea level...
Or 60 meters HIGHER than the CN Tower...
So yeah, really high up.
It is called Résidence des Grands Jardins and it has been featured in ArchDail, Designrulz, Trendhunter, MyFancyHouse, Architectism, Contemporist, and Wallpaper magazine.
It might look familiar.
It was designed by Bourgeois/LeChasseur Architects and it is what the Saint-Ferreol-les-Neiges house could be, but with a LOT of money. Basically, it's an amazing house with a crazy view of the St. Lawrence River.
The Saint-Ferreol-les-Neiges house is listed at $1,350,000 and it has been listed for years.
This place is listed at $3,000,000.
Despite the large price difference, I think this one is selling first, even if it is only 3 bedrooms.
Wonder if they will throw in the Ligne Roset couches...
