AND IT WENT FOR - 15 Gardiner Road - FOREST HILL

Almost 2 weeks ago, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 132 foot lot at 15 Gardiner Road in Forest Hill.

It was an older Forest Hill house (not a new build!) that had been renovated on the inside.

And there was a LOT of black.

So much black that I wasn't sure there would be enough people who would be into it, or would be able to see past it.

But I thought it was a good looking house (maybe a little too much black for me, and I love black).

It was listed at $3,288,000.

Because it was only 3 bedrooms, I thought it might be a little high.   But the office on the second floor could easily be made into another bedroom to make this a 4 bedroom house.

Which is why I thought this house would sell close to list.  I didn't think it would sell right at ask, but not too far off.

It sold after 10 days on the market...

For $3,100,000.
