This is a 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build on a 25 x 115 foot lot.
And it has been listed for a while.
Here is what it used to look like...
It was torn down and replaced with this new build. I just don't understand, with a clean slate, why they didn't make it a 4 bedroom house. It looks fairly large and like it could have handled another room. And in this neighbourhood, most families would want another bedroom.
Which is probably why it didn't sell in September when it was listed at $2,297,000.
Sure it's close to the water and Kew Gardens...
But $2.3 for a 3 bedroom house with what looks like a small backyard!?!
It didn't sell and the price was dropped at the end of October to $1,999,000.
I'm guessing we will see another price drop soon and hopefully somewhere closer to $1,775,000.
