On Wednesday, I posted

this 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 27 x 177.68 foot lot at 36 Hogarth Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a large house with a recent renovation but, when it was first listed in May, it was kind of dark and it didn't show very well. 

And the asking price was way too high.

It was listed at $2,849,500.

It didn't sell and

the price was dropped in October to $2,499,000. 

But I thought the price was still a little high and that they needed to drop the price another $150,000.

Two weeks ago, the

price was dropped to $2,349,000 and I posted it on Wednesday.

It

sold

 yestereday...

For $2,349,000.
