PRICE DROP #2 - 81 Kenilworth Avenue - BEACHES
At the beginning of January, I posted
this 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 25 x 115 foot lot at 81 Kenilworth Avenue in the Beaches.
It was a new build that used to look like this...
I'm not sure what it sold for but the new build was listed in
for $2,297,000.
With only 3 bedrooms (when there could have been 4), there was no way this was going to sell for $2.3 million.
It didn't.
In
October, the price was dropped to $1,999,000.
When I posted it, I thought it was going to have a price drop and hopefully somewhere closer to $1,775,000. It did have a price drop, but probably not enough.
The new asking price is $1,899,000.
