As far as condos go, this one is pretty homey (in a good way).
There isn't a lot of colour so if that's your thing, you probably won't be into this place. But you have to admit that it looks good.
I love the floors. I like the colour, the herringbone pattern in the living room (which I think are standard throughout the building), and the fact that they look oiled and not lacquered (could just be the photos).
The kitchen isn't huge but it does seem to have a fair amount of storage and the layout is good. The bedrooms are big and the whole apartment is really bright.
Not to mention, because this is in the Ritz-Carlton, you get to use the hotels facilities like the pool...
And the gym...
You just have to pay for it in the $1,555.06/month maintenance fees.
The asking price for this condo was $1,300,000.
After 5 days on the market, it sold...
For $1,240,000.
