AND IT WENT FOR - 25 Oxley Street TH3 - ENTERTAINMENT DISTRICT

At the beginning of January, I posted this 2 bedroom, 3 bathroom townhouse condo at 25 Oxley Street in the Entertainment District.

It was basically the exac same condo as the one next door that I posted in November. 

That condo was TH4 and it was listed at $887,900.

I'm not sure what it sold for but considering that this place that is basically the same place with some different kitchen finishes was listed at $899,900, it probably sold at least at ask, if not more.

But....maybe not.

Because this place sold last week after 16 days on the market...

For $880,000.
