This is a 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 136 x 297 foot water front lot at 331 West Point Avenue in West Rouge at the eastern most part of Scarborough.
And it is located right on the Rouge River...
As it is now, it is fine. It's kind of dark despite all the windows, and it's hard to tell if the bathrooms were done 20 years ago or last year.
But I think that considering the hardwood floors are showing some serious oxidation in the living room and dining room...
And that the fireplace cover is brass (and not current brass if that makes sense)...
And that this carpet on these amazing stairs doesn't really look brand new...
Though it is nicely vacuumed...
I am thinking this might need some updating.

Then this price seems a tad high.
