Last week, I posted
this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi on a 22.96 x 139 foot lot at 375 Main Street in Woodbine-Lumsden.
It was a flip of a house that used to look like this...
And the flip was done by the same woman behind the 2 bedroom flip at
288 Rhodes Avenue in Greenwood-Coxwell
...
Those houses were listed at $599,000 and $624,900. They
and $750,000 respectively.
This place was listed at $699,000.
So, based on the sales of the other flips, this was going over and I thought perhaps somewhere around $745,000.
It sold...
For $892,000.
