75 Victor Avenue - RIVERDALE
About 2 1/2 years ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom semi on a 17.58 x 110 foot lot at 75 Victor Avenue.
It was the home of designer, Samantha Sacks.

When the house was listed in 2013, the asking price was $925,000.
It had no parking and the kids' bedrooms weren't huge but I thought it would sell around $1,075,000.
In the meantime, someone else moved in to this house and Sacks renovated and moved into a bigger house that you can see if you click here.
Besides a little paint and a strip of wallpaper in the bedrooms, not a lot has changed in this house. It still has the old wooden doors that Sacks loves and the yellow rack in the kitchen.
And it is on the market again.
At a 10% annual increase, this house should be listed at $1,313,000.
It is listed at $1,149,000.
Other than the fact that you have to walk through the master bathroom to enter the bedroom, and the fact that there is no parking, this is a great house.
It will probably sell closer to $1.3.
