In October, I posted
There was a lot that I liked about the house, but I wasn't crazy about the fridge placement in the kitchen or the kitchen faucets. And I didn't get all the little windows and the 2 sliding doors. I would have preferred a large glass door.
I also didn't get that space at the front of the house with the bathroom and a mudroom just beyond it. It seemed like it would be a dumping ground for strollers and hockey bags which is probably not the first thing you want to see when you first walk into your house.
Otherwise, it was a great house in a very family friendly neighbourhood.
The asking price was $3,250,000.
I thought that if the house around the corner at

sell for $3,250,000 a year earlier

Then this probably wasn't too far off.
But a lot of readers weren't crazy about that kitchen (which could easily be brightened up with some white paint).
The house didn't sell and the
price was dropped in November to $2,996,000.
And then
again a couple of weeks later to $2,895,000.
