It was a good looking house from the outside, with new windows on all floors, and a full reno on the inside.
I wasn't crazy about the kitchen/dining room situation. I would prefer that the wall near the sink be removed and peninsula added to break up the space between the kitchen and dining room.
But overall, it was a great house.
It was listed at $1,850,000.

That wasn't as renovated (though I preferred the kitchen) was listed at $1,649,000 and sold in 1 day for $2,006,000...
This was almost definitely going over asking.
It did.
