At the beginning of March, I posted
this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 20 x 120 foot lot at 175 Bedford Park Road in Bedford Park.
From the outside, it immediately reminded me of the house at
in Lytton Park...
That house had more bedrooms and was on a wider lot but it wasn't as close to Yonge Street.
And though that was a good renovation, I loved this house a lot more. The bedrooms upstairs weren't large, but the master was a good size, and that kitchen with the skylights was amazing.
The Hillhurst house was listed at $1,879,000 and
This house was listed at $1,249,900.
I thought it could sell for $1,475,000.
