I assumed it had been listed for a while.
And it was probably because of the price...
And the layout. There were 2 bedrooms (1 without a window) but they were 2 storeys away from the master so this wasn't really a family house.
The asking price was $5,650,000...
And I thought perhaps this is how the agents came up with the number...
Because I thought the price was way too high.
In April, there was a price drop to $5,200,000.

And then
to $4,950,000.
Two weeks ago, there was another drop to $4,950,000.
It just

For $4,400,000.
