On Wednesday, I posted
this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 36.08 x 125 foot lot at 227 Old Forest Hill Road in Forest Hill North.
It was a great looking house on the outside if you were into the tudor look. And the inside was just as good.
It didn't feel like a huge house, but it was great for a family.
And the art was amazing.
The house reminded me of a cross between the house at
160 Cedar Vale Road in Cedarvale
...
For me, the floors were a little dark but that could be changed easily before moving in. And in time, there was plenty of space for a family room addition.
It was listed at $1,689,000. I thought it could sell for $1,875,000.
It sold...
For $1,950,018.
Which is still a good buy in a neighbourhood that I think is undervalued.
Wonder if the new owners got them to throw this in...
