It was a house that I

had posted in February 2013

when it was owned my designer,

At that time, the house was listed at $925,000.  I thought it would sell for $1,075,000.  In 2013, it

sold for $1,025,000.

Two and a half years later, it was back on the market with basically no changes.  But with a 10% annual increase, the price would now be around $1,313,000.

The new asking price was $1,149,000.  I thought it would sell around $1.3.

It

sold

in 4 days...

For $1,350,000.
