287 Grace Street - PALMERSTON
This is a 3+1 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 16.67 x 114 foot lot with a 2 car garage at 287 Grace Street in Palmerston.
And it is attached to the semi at 285 Grace Street that I posted in July 2015...
You know....
The one with the Shwarma sink...

And the half barrel in the basement wall...
And according to a neighbour who sent in this listing (thanks!), people have been going back and forth between the 2 house so the flips are most likely done by the same person.
But the style of the houses are VERY different.
I am actually now sure what the style is of this house.
It's part new build with the wainscotting and ceiling...
But then there is that back lit fireplace on the stone wall.
And there is this...
What is that above the stove!?! I am not a fan of that, or the style of the cabinets, at all.
And the style of those cabinets continue into the upstairs bathrooms...
And is it me or do those pulls not go with those cabinets at all. I feel like something like this would go better with those doors...
The bedrooms are all a good size but I am not crazy about the mirrored closets...
(And YES, that is a blow up bed.)
I am also not crazy about the basement floors...
But at least the price of this place is not as out of whack as the neighbour.
When 285 Grace Street was first listed, the asking price was $1,547,000...
I don't think it sold.
Now this house is on the market...
For $1,199,000.
That might be the right number!
