Around the corner from the house at 208 Dunn Avenue...
That used to be owned by the former owner of El Macambo.

This house is in much better shape with a lot less security cameras...
And it is on a lot that is twice the size.
The asking price is $4,400,000.
And......
Ummmm......
Maybe there is some sort of therapy happening in that bathroom (which is probably the most likely thing)...
But the first thing I thought of was...
