AND IT WENT FOR - 592 Manning Avenue - PALMERSTON
Yesterday, I posted this 4+2 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 20 x 120 foot lot at 592 Manning Avenue in Palmerston.
It was a flip of a house that I posted in February 2014 when it looked like this...
I had posted that it sold for $908,000,but a commentor said it sold for $1,112,500.
It was flipped and relisted this week for $1,488,800.
Though I thought the reno didn't really fit the location, it was a good reno. I didn't love the kitchen and the basement flooring wasn't my favourite. But it was a house with 4 bedrooms and a potential income unit in the basement.
It was underpriced.
I thought it would sell around $1,635,000.
It sold in 3 days...
For $1,820,000.
So, regardless of what it did actually sell for in 2014....
Nice profit.
