#A 85 Bellwoods Avenue - TRINITY-BELLWOODS
Here we go again!
It's another densification condo from the Green Couch developers...
It is a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 1,700 square foot condo with 1 parking spot that consists of half of this new build on a lot that used to have a house that looked like this...
The Green Couch developments were also behind the
condos at 25B Northcote Avenue...
The condos at 170A Markham Street and 170 Markham Street...
The condos at 25A and 25b Givins Street...
The condos at 110 Palmerston Avenue...
And the single family house at 49 Brookfield Street...
I call them the Green Couch developers because most of those houses above have included this couch in the staging...
This condo, however, does not have that green couch...
But there are a lot of green accents...
And this green tiled wall at the front door...
Like the other places, I like the finishes of this place (not sure about that green tile). The kitchen is a new look with the wood and black handles and I like it. I think I would prefer a black kitchen faucet though.
I love the tiles in the bathroom and the windows are big giving lots of light.
But like the other places, except for the places on Markham and Northcote, the living space isn't huge. And like the other places, the backyard is kind of useless.
It is listed at $1,189,000 with maintenance fees TBA (the other condos were $237.50/month).
Considering that the 25B Northcote Avenue that was more like a 2+1 bedroom condo, but with a much bigger living space, was listed at $1,299,000 in November and sold for $1,230,000...
I'm thinking this might be a little high.
Then again...it does have 3 proper bedrooms.
