Yesterday, I received an email in my inbox titled 'Look Who's Back'.
It included a photo...
It was a screen shot of a listing on Kijiji that had no address.
But the house was unmistakable.

It isn't listed on Realtor.ca, but it is most definitely listed on Kijiji.
So, after being initially listed last March for $3,195,000 and then having MANY price drops...
This 4+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house that had no main floor living room, and had a bathroom that was completely exposed to the street...
And was featured on a show that I think was Buying the View but now I can't find it now (the people looking thought the no living room thing was a little odd as well)...
Sold in September for $2,250,000.
It is now back on the market...
