SOLD - 51 West Lynn Avenue - THE DANFORTH
Yesterday, I posted a house at 62 West Lynn Avenue in the Danforth.
It was a house that was located across from another house that I had posted on West Lynn at 51 West Lynn Avenue when it was listed in January 2015.

The listing had said it was a house for 'Renovators/Builders'.
It was listed at $399,900 and sold for $511,000.
So, with a $250,000-ish reno, it would be an at least $800,000 house.
After reading the post for the house yesterday at 62 West Lynn, a new reader (thanks S!) emailed to let me know that this house that I had referenced in the 51 West Lynn post had been renovated and put back on the market last week and that it had already sold.
Turns out, this flip, which was done well and staged with Pellegrino and lemons...
