From the looks of the photos, there are new owners and that deal in November happened, but there is some furniture in the family room that was also in the last listing.
Perhaps they have staged it and gotten rid of this painting...
Or there are new owners and they just bought some of the furniture.
Either way, it's on the market again...

Which is a 10% increase in only 6 months.
