I am not crazy about the front and I am getting an overload of exposed brick on the inside, but I guess that gives it more space without the 2x4s and drywall.
The kitchen seems really narrow but like it has good storage. The master bedroom is a good size and there is a large bathroom. But that second bedroom is pretty tight with that bed.
The basement is finished with a wine cellar. It's just hard to tell what other furniture other than that small table would fit in there. Could a couch fit? I'm not sure.
But overall, if you are into this style, this is a good house in a good location with a backyard and a parking spot (that might be a little tight with that tree).
