It was a 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom house on a 50 x 129.91 foot lot that looked traditional on the outside but had been renovated on the inside...a few decades ago.
The living room ceiling went up 2 storeys...
And the kitchen was very dated...
With what looked like Spanish archways.
It needed updating.
The asking price was $1,450,000. It
in September 2015, it was back on the market. It had a full renovation and was now a 5+1 bedroom, 6 bathroom house. And I wasn't crazy about the reno. Or maybe it was just the staging furniture that was distracting me...

Because when I look at the photos again, it's not a bad flip. And with different furniture, it could look pretty good (though there is still a lot of crown moulding and panelling).
It was initially listed in May 2012 for $3,749,000 with a price drop in July to $3,550,000.
When I posted it, the price was $3,285,000. I thought it would need another drop.
In October, the price was dropped to $3,120,000. It didn't sell. In January, it was back on the market at the same price.
It still hasn't sold and it came back on the market the other day.
The new price is $3,250,000.
They need to change the furniture. Or at least get rid of that couch.
