At the beginning of April, I
posted this 2+1 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo at 34 Rowanwood Avenue in south Rosedale.
And I mentioned that I did not get the concept at all.
It was a great condo that was featured in

But it sat on top of this building...
The asking price was $2,595,000.
After being on the market for years, it has apparently sold...
For $2,250,000.
I guess it is in a good location...
But on top of this building!?!
