PRICE DROP - 32 Beaty Avenue - PARKDALE
In April, I posted
this 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom house on a 99.25 x 171 foot lot at 32 Beaty Avenue in Parkdale.
It was a really big house, but I am not really sure what it is because, if you look at the floor plans...
There are a couple of kitchens on each floor but no separation between what is possibly apartments. I don't get it. And what does 'future bedroom' mean? I don't know.
And what was with this bathroom...
This house was listed at $4,400,000.
Sure, it was in better shape and on a lot twice the size as the house at
...
That
sold for $1,900,000 in December 2013.
But $4.4!?! I thought it was a little high.
It didn't sell and the price has now been dropped...
To $3,950,000.
It's a beautiful house in a rapidly changing neighbourhood...
But when your neighbours are doing stuff like this...
