PRICE DROP - 322 Palmerston Boulevard - PALMERSTON
A month ago, I posted
It was a large house on a house full of streets selling for a LOT of money. But those were single family homes.
This house that used to be a bed and breakfast called the
was renovated and converted into a triplex. And I really wish there were floor plans because I can't really figure out what is going on.
It had been listed in 2007 for $1,695,000. It was then renovated by
in 2011 who also seems to be the owner.
I loved this room and the paint colour...
But as I mentioned, I could quite figure out the layout.
It was listed at $3,800,000.
I thought that at first it seemed high but if you considered the sales price of some house on the street that it wasn't that crazy.
Looks like no one agreed because this house has just had a price drop.
The new asking price for this house is now...
$3,698,000.
