AND IT WENT FOR - 40 Beaconsfield Avenue - BEACONSFIELD VILLAGE
At the end of June, I posted this 6+2 bedroom, 6 bathroom semi on a 34.92 x 124.25 foot lot with 7 parking spots at 40 Beaconsfield Avenue in Beaconsfield Village.
It was a house that had been listed a year ago for $1,549,000 and had apparently sold.
A year later, it was back on the market with no changes (that I could see) for $1,490,000.
So, I have no idea what happened.
But considering that a similar-ish property around the corner at 4 Afton Avenue...
Sold for $1,265,000 in 2013...
This price wasn't crazy at all even if it needs more work.
The day after I posted this house, it sold...
For $1,700,000.
