So, maybe not so crazy. But this house needs a LOT more work.
According to a reader, it
sold 'conditionally'. And according to MLS, it sold last week, but it was relisted 4 days ago for $2,200,000.
But it looks like those conditions from last week were met because this house is now being reported as sold as of July 5...
And the selling price was...
$2,200,000.
I will repeat what I said in the post for the sale of 16 Bracondale Hill Road...
Wychwood is about to get a even more expensive.
Like $3+ million...maybe $4 million expensive.
