PRICE DROP - 46 Forest Hill Road - FOREST HILL
A year ago, I posted this 6+1 bedroom, 8 bathroom house on a 90 x 185.22 foot lot at 46 Forest Hill Road in Forest Hill.

So, not for everyone.
But the inside is amazing. Just look at the floor plans...
According to the article in the Globe and Mail that was written a month before I posted this house, it is owned by Frank Toskan, co-founder of MAC cosmetics, and Darren Zakreski.
The asking price in 2015 was $18,800,000.
And even though a reader said the current owners bought the house in 2005 for $7.41 pre-renovation, I thought the almost $19 million asking price was kind of high and that it was more of a $12 million house.
It never sold and the price has been dropped...
To $17,000,000.
