As a matter of fact, if the floors weren't so orange, I would really into this place.

But I like how these stairs work more. And I really like the bathrooms, bedrooms, basement, and the rest of the house. I'm just not super crazy about the floors.
The house at 82 Divadale Drive that is about 20 minutes from the downtown core is listed at $2,850,000.
This house that is about 30 minutes from the downtown core (and is slightly bigger) is listed at $2,279,900.
Is that $570,000 difference worth the extra 10 minute drive? If it was on the other side of the street or 2 doors down and backed onto the ravine...
Maybe.
