AND IT WENT FOR - 223 Crawford Street - TRINITY-BELLWOODS

A month ago, I posted this 4+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 17 x 118 foot lot at 223 Crawford Street in Trinity-Bellwoods.

It's a house that used to look like this...

It was a flip and as far as flips go, I liked it...but I didn't.

I didn't love the exposed brick or the stair placement, or the fact that the backyard overlooked the John Gibson House parking lot instead of Trinity-Bellwoods park as suggested by the listing...

But the floors were good and the basement was a good size.

It was listed at $1,798,000 and with that living room, I wasn't sure this was a $1.8 house.

It took a few weeks to sell but it finally sold...

For (approximately) $1,770,000.

P.S.  I still don't get how they got 'www.trinitybellwoods.com' as the URL.  How did no one already have that!?!
