I also can't really figure out what is going on with the backyard. Are there 2 levels or is it just the one level with the patchy grass that is basically at living room height? Either way, it isn't finished and that could be pricey. But a good deck or slate patio with a glass railing would look great.
And are those stairs down to the park? That is pretty convenient...just as long as you get a good fence with a door that locks.
But overall, it is a great house with what is probably an income unit in the basement as it has a bedroom, living room, and kitchen.
It is listed at $1,699,000.
I don't think it will sit for long.
