Earlier today, I posted a 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom new build at 628 Winona Drive on the north side of Vaughn in Oakwood Village.

The new build was an imposing 3 storey new build on a street full of other bungalows (so it probably irked some neighbours).  

I didn't love the outside but the inside was a good house.  But it wasn't very private and the price was pretty high at $1,849,000.

So, it is a reno instead of a new build.

And it fits in more with the neighbours.

It is located south of Vaughan on a 17.5 x 100 foot lot with 1 parking spot, 3+1 bedrooms, and 4 bathrooms. 

It is smaller with only 2 storeys and one less bathroom.  The kitchen is separate from the living space so it doesn't have the open feel and the ceilings aren't as high.  And one of the bedrooms looks like it has a weird layout.

If you are okay with all of that and are looking for a 'less pricey' alternative to the house at 628 Winona Drive...

This could be it.

This house is listed at $1,318,000.

So....cheaper.

But not exactly cheap.
