This is a 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 25 x 123 foot lot with 1 parking spot at 32 Elmer Avenue in the Beaches.

It's a house that used to look like this 2 years ago...

So, it's a big improvement but I find some things weird.

For the most part, I like the house but I find the front door a little odd.  It feels unfinished and the step up to the door feels weird.

And why is the same thing happening inside in the main bedroom...

I don't get that.

But if you like the floors and don't mind the fact that it looks like they didn't dig out the basement...

Then this is a good house.

But is it a $1,799,000 house?

Well, if the house at 29 Lockwood Avenue...

That didn't have parking could sell for $1,935,000...

I don't see why this couldn't sell for asking or just below.

But considering it has already been on the market for a couple of weeks, probably not.
