410 Euclid Avenue - PALMERSTON

This is a 3+1 bedroom, 5 bathroom semi on a 20.5 x 120 foot lot with a 2 car garage just north of College Street at 410 Euclid Avenue in Palmerston.

It's a house that used to look like this...

It has now been completely gutted and redone.

The second I saw the inside, I immediately thought of the house at that I posted in April 2014 at 98 Gough Avenue in Greektown...

Not because the outsides looked the same, but because the interior was so similar.

Here are the stairs of this house...

And here are the stairs from 98 Gough Avenue...

Not exactly the same but REALLY similar.

And the floors are basically the same as well.  The floors in this house show really orange in the photos which I am not loving but I have a feeling they show better in person.

The kitchen is separate at the back of the house and it is big.  There is currently a breakfast table at the back but the area it looks big enough to have a couch and 2 chairs to make it more of a family room (which I would prefer).

Upstairs, the rooms are a good size but there are only 3 of them.  There is no photo of a third floor bathroom but I assume there is one since this house has 5 bathrooms.

The basement is a good size and has another bedroom if you want.

The backyard isn't huge but the garage is great and, if you don't have a car, could be used as a studio like the house that just sold in Seaton Village at 278 Palmerston Avenue...

That house was detached and had 4 bedrooms.  It was listed at $2,495,000.  It sold for $2,700,000.

This house doesn't have as much character and I'm not loving the staging.  But if you put the furniture, art, and light fixtures from that house into this house, it could be pretty great.

But as a semi with only 3 bedrooms...

I'm not sure it's $3,188,000 great.
