Last week, I posted this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom semi with a detached garage on an 18.01 x 147.01 foot lot at 15 Riverdale Avenue in Riverdale.

It was a house that was located across the street from a similar semi at 14 Riverdale Avenue...

But that house was fully renovated.  This house needed work.

The house at 14 Riverdale was listed a little over a year ago for $699,000.  It sold for $900,000.

This house that needed work was listed at $799,000.  Based on the sold price of the house across the street and the fact that this was the bathroom...

I thought it would sell around $815,000.

It sold...

For (approximately) $1,140,000.
