PRICE DROP - 10 Ellerbeck Street - PLAYTER ESTATES
At the beginning of September, I posted this 3 bedroom, 4 bathroom semi on a 22.28 x 100.50 foot lot at 10 Ellerbeck Street in Playter Estates.
It was a flip that used to look like this...
The listing said it was a 'Different Kinda House' (which is no longer in the listing).
And it was.
There was a lot of different wood on the floors, the walls, the cabinets. And there was a wall mural of the New York skyline which I couldn't decide if I liked or not.
The backyard overlooked the Shopper's Drug Mart sign which would probably be pretty bright at night...
Otherwise it was a great backyard.
Inside, the bedrooms and bathrooms were good with a good sized basement with another bathroom.
But the house itself was small and there was no parking.
So, I thought the $1,599,000 asking price was pretty high.
It hasn't sold and recently had a price drop. The new asking price is $1,529,000.
With no parking and the tight feeling of the first floor....I think this is still too high.
