PRICE INCREASE - 272 Indian Road - RONCESVALLES/HIGH PARK
In December 2015, I posted this 3+1 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 50 x 113 foot lot at 272 Indian Road in Roncesvalles.
It was a house that was designed by renowned Arts and Crafts architect, Eden Smith, the same architect who designed the house at 47 Madison Avenue in the Annex...
And it was a beautiful house from the outside.

The listing says it is a Frank Lloyd Wright inspired house. I'm getting more ...

So, this may be Frank Lloyd Wright inspired but I am seeing more 80s yacht.
It was listed at $1,950,000.
It was possible someone would love the house as it was...
But the odds were that the person that would buy this at that price would want to do a full reno and maybe an addition to add more bedrooms.
Because of that and the fact that it was only 3 bedrooms, I thought the price was a little high.
It didn't sell and coincidentally enough...
The day after the new season of Below Deck started in Canada (damn, I missed it!!!)...
This house is back on the market...
For $1,999,000.
