AND IT WENT FOR - 29 Lockwood Road - THE BEACH TRIANGLE

In September, I posted this 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom house on a 25 x 118 foot lot at 29 Lockwood Road in the Beaches Triangle.

It was a house that used to look like this...

For the most part, it was a good house but there were some quirks and I thought the asking price was pretty high.  

When I posted it, it had been listed for a few weeks at $2,189,888.  I thought it was time for a drop and at some point it was dropped to $1,979,000.

It sold at the end of October...

For $1,935,000.
