I first posted it in 2012 when it was a recent flip of a house that used to look like this...
The walls were opened and new (and kind of boring) kitchens were put in.
The asking price before the flip was $849,000 in 2011. After the flip, the asking price was $1,589,000.
I thought that was high and that it would sell for $1,399,000...$1,450,000 tops.
After a price drop to $1,499,000, it sold for $1,489,000.
It's now on the market again with no changes. At an annual increase of 10%, that would make it a $2,180,000 house.
It's on the market for $2,350,000.
It might need a price drop.
