Like that house, this was a good house but was kind of new build-y and dated.
According to the reader who sent it in, this house was listed around $1.8 and it sold in 1 day but I am not sure what it sold for.
Since then, they have painted the outside, took down a wall between the living room and dining room, changed the floors, replaced the kitchen countertop and painted the island, changed the master vanity, added some fake grass...
And that's about it. Maybe a $50,000 reno...$100,000 TOPS. Even the basement kitchen was already there!
It is now back on the market.
The asking price is $3,199,000.
Either there was a huge amount of work done to this house that I can't see...
Or this house sold for a million dollars over asking a year ago...
Or the flippers of this place are hoping to make a million dollars.
Either way, it doesn't make sense.
