AND IT WENT FOR - 57 Ashdale Avenue - LESLIEVILLE

Two weeks ago, I posted this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house on a 17.08 x 120.83 foot lot at 57 Ashdale Avenue in the east end of Leslieville.

It was a new build on a lot that used to look like this...

Though I wasn't crazy about the colour of the front of the house, the inside of the house was really good.  But the kitchen was a bit tight and there was no parking.

The asking price was $1,299,900.

I thought that if someone was good with the colour of the front and the kitchen, and the fact that there was no parking, that this place would probably sell close to list but probably a little under.

Five days after I posted it, the price was increased to $1,388,000.

It sold 3 days later...

For $1,350,000.
